Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Due to the nature of made-to-order products, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will gladly resolve the issue.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide carefully before placing your order.
